What ReturnCare is

ReturnCare supports one focused workflow: following up with patients who leave without booking recommended treatment.

ReturnCare helps organize patient follow-up files, draft follow-up messages, track replies, and review outcomes.
ReturnCare is not intended to replace a clinic's practice-management software.
Pilot-specific terms, responsibilities, and workflow expectations can be reviewed before a clinic begins using ReturnCare with live patients.

Clinic responsibilities

The clinic remains responsible for how the tool is used in patient communication.

The clinic is responsible for patient communication decisions and consent practices.
The clinic is responsible for clinical judgment and patient care decisions.
Staff should review, edit, approve, pause, or stop messages before sending.
The clinic controls what information is entered and which patients are included.

Clinical boundaries

ReturnCare supports communication workflow, not clinical decision-making.

ReturnCare does not provide clinical advice.
ReturnCare should not diagnose, recommend clinical treatment, or make independent clinical decisions.
If a patient asks a clinical or urgent question, clinic staff should respond according to the clinic's normal process.
