This overview is intended to help clinics understand how ReturnCare handles workflow, data, and staff review before using the product with live patients. Pilot-specific responsibilities and expectations can be reviewed before launch.

Minimal data approach

The pilot is intended to use only the workflow information needed to manage follow-up.

Avoid entering full charts, X-rays, or unnecessary clinical history during the early pilot.
Use patient name, contact information, treatment label, optional notes, message status, and replies only where needed for follow-up.
Clinic teams can decide which patients are included in the pilot.

Staff-reviewed workflow

ReturnCare is designed so staff review remains part of patient communication.

Drafts should be reviewed by clinic staff before messages go out.
Replies are organized so staff can decide when to respond personally.
Follow-ups can be paused or stopped when staff attention is needed.

Access and team use

ReturnCare workspaces are intended for authorized clinic and team users.

Access should be limited to authorized clinic or team users.
Clinic staff should use ReturnCare according to the clinic's own privacy and communication practices.
Security, deletion, and export processes can be reviewed during setup.

Security questions

Clinics can raise security and operational questions before a walkthrough or pilot.
