Product evaluation overview

This overview is intended to help clinics understand how ReturnCare handles workflow, data, and staff review before using the product with live patients. Pilot-specific responsibilities and expectations can be reviewed before launch.

Information that may be entered

During a pilot, clinics may enter basic workflow information needed to manage recommended-treatment follow-up.

Patient name and contact information.
Treatment label or recommendation.
Optional staff notes that help the team understand the follow-up context.
Follow-up message status, patient replies, and booking or review outcomes.

Information not required for the early pilot

The pilot is intended to stay focused on the follow-up workflow rather than broad clinical record storage.

Full dental charts are not required for the early pilot.
X-rays are not required for the early pilot.
Medical history and deep clinical records are not required unless the clinic chooses to enter relevant context.
Deep practice-management integration is not required to test the workflow.

Clinic control

The clinic decides what patient information is entered and which follow-up patients are included.

Clinic staff control what information is entered into ReturnCare.
Clinic staff review, edit, approve, pause, or stop follow-up messages.
Patient replies are organized for staff review and action.
Deletion or export requests can be reviewed as part of pilot setup.
